Best Emergency Service Ever – First things first: my furnace stopped working on a winter night when the temperature outside was teetering on 20 degrees, if not less. On top of that, it was the night of the big game for the Oregon Ducks, so I assumed it would be difficult to find an after hours service tech anyway. However, Jerry came out immediately when I called and was attentive and determined to fix our issue. He went above and beyond and in return, we let him watch the last 5 minutes of the game at our house! Well worth it for heat, in my opinion. He was extremely nice, very polite, not imposing at all and went ahead and cleaned our furnace while he was there. I would absolutely use him again!
