When I called Jerry he answered the phone and set a time for the same day. He arrived and opened the furnace and said I see your problem a cracked exhaust port. He did some other checks and patched the cracks and got it working because he didn’t have the part so I had heat for the night. Jerry came out next day with the new part. Very satisfied with the whole experience and cost of repair I would recommend Jerry to anyone.
