I’ve now used Jerry at my residence (Furnace) and work (restaurant equipment). Jerry answered my phone call for my home inquiry, and called me back in less than 5 minutes from my VM for my work inquiry. Both time Jerry was at my location within 2 hours and fixed it both times with one visit. (Work will take 2 visits, but he was able to create a safe, short-term solution until he could get the part he needed to do the complete repair. Both times in and out in less than 1 hour and pricing/scheduling is the best I’ve found in town. (I’ve called around for my restaurant repair.) I would recommend Jerry and he’s definitely worth 5+ starts for his scheduling, work, price and customer service.
